Facility Rentals/Usage

Use of facilities for fundraising activities may incur additional charges.

Texas Parks and Wildlife Classroom: $200.00 for 4 hours, $75/hour after
Natural History Center: $250.00 for 4 hours, $75/hour after
Pavilion Rental: $200.00 for 4 hours, $75/hour after
Fishing*: $30.00 per day with other rental

* Catch and release only using hooks with barbs removed.

Camping for Scouting and Similar Groups

$175.00 for up to 25 participants plus $1.00 per participant over initial 25 per 24 hour period. (Noon to Noon)

Includes Nonexclusive use of Camping area, Pavilion, Bathrooms, and Fishing*

All other groups contact SOLC for pricing.

Ropes Course

All ropes course bookings are charged in increments of 15 participants - 0-15, 16-30, etc. regardless of actual number. Groups totaling more than one or more 15 participant increments will be divided so that each resulting group will be 15 or less participants and be roughly equal in number.

Schools and Organizations

$25.00/person for half day low ropes team building.
$40.00/person for full day high ropes challenge.

Corporate Groups

$35/person for half day low ropes team building.
$55/person for full day high ropes challenge.

Field Trips/Activities Using SOLC Instructors

$145.00 - $250.00 per class/activity for 1 to 25 students.

All classes and activities are approximately 40 minutes in length. No more than one class per hour may be scheduled (five classes in four hours is not permitted). Classes and activities are limited to and priced based upon 25 students. Users must provide two adult chaperones (may be teacher, parents or volunteers) per student group of 1-25.

All participants in any event must sign (or parent must sign if participant is under 18) and deliver a promulgated waiver before or at time of entry onto premises. Each high ropes participant must deliver a completed medical history form.
